Executive Team


Cameron McPherson – Managing Director

Cameron is responsible for managing Medical & Aged Care Group’s strategic direction and to maintain management controls in order to meet organisational objectives. These objectives include; ongoing sustainable and quality outcomes for staff, residents and other external stakeholders.

Since joining the business in 2009 he has driven far-reaching changes to the management, culture and operations of the group in a bid to achieve greater focus on teamwork, qualitative and quantitative outcomes, and ultimately excellence in service delivery. Cameron’s influence has seen the group achieve best practice status and allowed the MACG to build steadily through both organic and acquisitive growth.

Cameron received a Commerce degree from Monash University in Melbourne specialising in marketing and spent ten years consulting in branding strategy and corporate communications.

Before joining MACG, the majority of Cameron’s experience was gained working in strategy consulting in Europe where he provided valuable brand and strategy insight, and led projects with the likes of Vodafone Global, Royal Bank of Scotland, HSBC Banking Corporation, London Transport and Reading University. More recently and closer to home, Cameron worked closely with the board of Delfin Homes, Caterpillar and Griffith University on strategy realignment projects.
